Tax, Accounting and Fractional CFO Services
Everything a growing company needs from its finance partner, from accurate monthly books and business tax preparation to forecasting, margin work and exit planning.
- CPA-led team
- Tax preparation and CFO planning in one place
- Built for $1M to $30M companies
One finance team instead of three vendors
Many owners pay a bookkeeper, a tax preparer and an occasional consultant who never talk to each other. The result is books that do not match the tax return, planning that happens after the year is over, and no one watching cash.
Scalesight puts those pieces in one place. The same team closes the books each month, plans taxes during the year, prepares the business and owner tax returns, and builds the forecasts and dashboards that a fractional CFO uses to guide decisions. Each service below can stand alone, but they work best together.

Tax Services
Business and personal tax preparation, entity returns and year-round planning. Tax returns are prepared from closed, reconciled books, and the planning happens before year end so there is still time to act.
Virtual CFO Services
Fractional CFO support for owners who need forecasting, KPI reporting, cash planning and investor-ready numbers without the cost of a full-time executive.
Accounting and Bookkeeping
Monthly bookkeeping, catch-up work, financial statements and accounting systems that give you numbers you can trust every month, not just at tax time.
Cost Optimization and Margin Recovery
Find trapped cash and margin: vendor spend, pricing, labor efficiency and the products or customers that quietly lose money.
Debt, Capital and Compliance
Structure financing sensibly and stay inside loan covenants, with reporting your lender actually wants to see.
Credits and Incentives
Review eligibility for federal and state credits and make sure claims are documented well enough to hold up later.
Business Scaling Analysis
A structured look at whether the business, its systems and its finance function are ready for the next stage of growth.

Questions about our services
Which service should I start with?
Most owners start with the free Growth Audit. A CPA reviews your recent statements, cash flow and tax approach, then recommends where to begin. For many companies that is clean monthly books plus tax planning, with fractional CFO support added once the numbers are reliable.
Can I hire you only for tax preparation?
Yes. Business tax preparation and entity returns are available on their own. We will tell you if the books need cleanup first, because a return is only as good as the records behind it.
Do you work with companies outside San Diego County?
Yes. Scalesight is a virtual-first firm and works with growing businesses across the United States. Our local pages cover San Diego County in more detail.
How is pricing set?
Every engagement has a fixed scope agreed in writing after the Growth Audit, so you know what is included before work starts.
Not sure where to start?
